Role Purpose: As an IT Infrastructure Analyst, your primary responsibility is to execute IT infrastructure projects to align with organisational objectives. You will play a key role in deploying and maintaining information systems, ensuring adherence to established procedures, policies, budget constraints, and agreed timelines. Principal Accountabilities Execute enterprise infrastructure services operational initiatives, including ICT business continuity plans, infrastructure and database performance monitoring, contract management, and license renewal. Monitor relevant systems or technology to ensure optimal infrastructure performance for the organisation. Carry out planned infrastructure project activities with adherence to Labuan FSA's policies and procedures, ensuring timely delivery within budget and meeting stakeholders' expectations. Provide first-level IT support to staff for software and hardware technologies and participate in other related projects and initiatives to support Labuan FSA's IT agenda. Network and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand and address digital and technology issues, providing effective advice and solutions. Stay updated on the latest developments and trends in digital and technology, recommending and implementing continuous improvements to the infrastructure framework, policy, process, and system. Qualifications and Experience: Academic Qualifications: Must have SPM/SKM/SVM Degree/master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Certification in Infrastructure products is an added advantage. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure, or; Fresh graduates with the potential to develop into the role within 1 year. Location: Ujana Kewangan, W.P Labuan
