You’ll help us identify and source the best instructors, develop learning and performance improvement solutions across traditional and virtual classroom environments, and consult with other areas of the Firm to ensure our curriculums and initiatives support the PwC strategy.As part of our Operations team within Learning and Development, you’ll help deliver PwC initiatives and execute business goals set by leadership. You’ll be helping the team with all mechanics of learning and development such as project management, implementation, systems support, content development and vendor management.

Reporting in compliance with internal requirement and QMR
Programme coordinator support for classroom training sessions i.e room set up, meals arrangement
Support on onboarding programme
Support to track, escalate and maintain the tracker for SNOW tickets raised for issues faced by learners
Support on tracking new joiners data on my Learning, ensuring data of new joiners are updated on the system and reporting any issues noticed with the system
Support as back up resource for AC KL L&D Operations team

Preferred skills

Possess a Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years related work experience
Strong client focus and has the drive to deliver
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Meticulous and attention to detail
Good communication skills (both written and spoken English and Malay)
Agile, responsible and willing to learn
This will be a 1 year contract position and renewable
