- Lead and manage the collections team to meet monthly and quarterly financial goals.
- Develop strategies to improve collections processes and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Handle escalated client issues and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare detailed reports on collections performance and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to US shift schedules and maintain a high level of operational efficiency.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing a team within the Accounting & Finance domain.
- Strong knowledge of collections processes and financial reporting.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Familiarity with working in the life science industry & shared services industry.
- Ability to work effectively during US shift hours
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Competitive salary range of MYR 160000 to MYR 195000 annually.
