- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by sourcing, negotiating, and securing channel partners to drive revenue growth.
- Formulate and implement sales strategies to meet assigned revenue and profitability goals.
- Proactively manage and strengthen relationships with channel partners to expand business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong internal and external working relationships to support collaboration and growth.
- Recommend and coordinate joint initiatives with channel partners to align with business, sales, and marketing goals.
- Handle inquiries, provide feedback, and resolve sales or operational matters efficiently.
- Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in the industry.
- Able to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment with multiple ongoing projects.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in delivering presentations.
- Proficient in both verbal and written Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and objectives.
- Outgoing, sociable, self-motivated, and enjoys engaging with new people and building strong business relationships.
- Must be willing to travel and possess own transport for work-related activities.
