Lead and manage a regional team of procurement managers and specialists, and provide coaching, guidance, and performance evaluation.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers and ensure the delivery of quality products and services at optimal prices and terms.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators and metrics for the Asia procurement function, and report on the results and achievements.

Identify and implement best practices and opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and value creation in the Asia procurement function. * Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and ensure alignment of procurement objectives and expectations.

Manage the procurement risk and compliance, and ensure adherence to the company's policies, standards, and regulations.
Stay updated on the market trends, industry benchmarks, and emerging technologies, and leverage them to drive innovation and competitive advantage in the procurement function.

ESSENTIAL PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

At least 10 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a global or regional leadership role.
Proven track record of delivering successful procurement outcomes and savings for all categories in APAC region.
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. * Highly proficient in procurement systems, tools, and methodologies.

Knowledge of the logistics industry and its challenges and opportunities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred.
