Custom Clearance Operations: Through internal tech systems, provide clearance operations support between customers and regulators based in EU/SG.
EU/SG Law & Trade Compliance: Execute accurate import and export processes according to the EU/SG law (fret not, training is provided!).
Solve Shipment Problems: Identify issues as they arise and use logical judgment to resolve them.
Any other job-related tasks assigned by the manager.
