Research and evaluate all credit issuances as assigned in a timely manner and assist the Head of Fixed Income Research in all investment-related areas. Key Duties And Responsibilities Conduct in-depth research, recommend creditworthiness and perform timely reviews of fixed income securities. Monitor economic indicators, financial and bond market performance and outlook. Assess all corporate actions, make appropriate recommendations and execute the recommendations within the stipulated timeline. Monitor rating actions and material corporate news of fixed income securities closely and provide impact analysis/credit views in a timely manner. Prepare periodic reports and ad hoc reports. Contribute to ongoing investment ideas and discussions. Work with Head of Fixed Income Research to ensure cohesive and efficient teamwork. Comply with the Standard Operating Manual of the department and work with Head of Fixed Income Research to update relevant investment policies and procedures. Job Specifications Mandarin would be an added advantage. Qualifications Preferably a degree in related areas (i.e. Investment, Accountancy, Business Economics, Finance, etc.). CFA/MBA would be an added advantage. Experience More than 5 years of experience in fixed income research, credit evaluation and fund management. Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities Proactive, organized, flexible and resourceful. Strong analytical skills. Ability to work and think independently under stressful environment.
