- Minimum 1 year experience in warehousing and operation
- Familiarity with Microsoft office (excel, power point, etc)
- Familiarity with WMS will be an advantage
- Able to drive forklift will be an advantage
- Able to work independently
- Handle day-to-day operations for the warehouse.
- To assist incoming & outgoing cargoes.
- To assist in monitoring inventory levels.
- Perform physical check for incoming stocks to ensure quantity is tally with the document.
- To raise document (MISR) and perform system receiving (by WMS) once GRN was done.
- Manage pick & pack based on orders.
- To assist stock return - receiving, physical checking, perform CN, arrange the physical stock to designated location.
- To raise Store Return Report (SRR) once return scanning was done.
- To ensure all documents in filling once the return has been completed.
- To review and monitor all equipment including forklift water battery on a weekly basis.
- To monitor all material for packing in place and enough stock. Example masking tape, plastic wrapping, empty carton, docket, etc.
- Perform warehouse housekeeping.
- To assist/execute the tasks was given by superior.
