Key Responsibilities: Adherence to Campbell soup values and standards, observe and ensure full compliance with Campbell Soup Corporate Policy and Code of Conducts. To observe and ensure full compliance with Campbell soup site security manual and EHS Regulation Compliance. Provide direction/leadership/expertise on EHS issues, including interpretation of Malaysian regulations & Campbell Soup requirements, knowledge of best practices, conduct risk assessment, formulation of strategy to provide pragmatic solutions on EHS related matters To lead and work with line management to ensure EHS policies/ guidelines and programs are being implemented successfully through proper and effective risk assessment and control measures, standard operating procedure (SOP) development and deployment, EHS audit & inspection and EHS data updating and performance monitoring & review. To serve as site EHS Subject Matter Expert (SME) to facilitate development and deployment EHS training program, and planning & organizing EHS programs with the aim to build a better and stronger EHS culture company-wide, to liaise and deal with local and / or international EHS regulatory bodies on all EHS related matters. To ensures correct and complete documentation of EHS issues are being reported on timely and well in compliance manner. Timely notifies site and line management of any EHS gap arise, and take active role with relevant parties to keep the gap mitigated or closed timely and effectively. To protect the properties and resources of the company by protecting the confidentiality and ensure compliance with security procedures. Ensure all associates and visitors comply to Campbell Soup security rules Managing Contract Security Guards in performing Factory Security Operations. In-charge of the evacuation of personnel in case of an emergency Provide security challenges evaluation and prepare recommendation to the management. Assist on all investigation of theft cases in company premises and report all abnormal acts or issues related to Safety & Security to the management for further action Job Specification (Knowledge Skills & Abilities) Minimum 10 years of experience in EHS field Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in EHS Company vision and values Technical/ functional skills on OS & H.
