- Prepare and maintain accurate general ledger reconciliations for month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Perform variance analysis and provide insights into financial trends.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and improve accounting processes.
- Maintain and update accounting systems to ensure accurate data management.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the accounting and finance department.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with strong academic performance.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with general ledger accounting and financial reporting standards.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for accurate reporting.
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
