The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the regional sales teams' operations and strategies. Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies. Prepare the APAC budget and sales/revenue/gross profit forecasts, while directing and motivating the APAC business team to achieve or exceed set targets. Design, establish, and execute commercial strategies and business plans for assigned regions or countries. Identify and leverage key growth drivers-such as products, customers, and channels-to secure profitable expansion. Build, nurture, and expand relationships with current and prospective customers and distributors, ensuring alignment with business objectives, including the management and strategic direction of distributors. Ensure all operational functions are structured and managed effectively to support and drive business growth. Oversee regional marketing communications and activities, such as organizing trade shows and developing marketing tools. Formulate pricing strategies for different countries and product lines, ensuring regional adherence to global pricing policies. Guide the team in balancing business growth with price competitiveness. Qualifications Bachelor&aposs degree in a commercial field or equivalent relevant experience 15+ years sales and/or marketing experience. Prior background in business and experience in the chemicals sector Proven commercial and sales background and able to challenge the status quo A strong team leader that can influence and motivate the team in achieving the business results.
