Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team based in Kuala Lumpur. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Malaysia merchants in selling advertisements, spotlight features, and dine-out deals. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for helping businesses succeed. Key Responsibilities: Sales Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing merchants in Malaysia to promote and sell advertising packages, spotlight features, and dine-out deals. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our advertising products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to merchants. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management. Follow-Up: Manage and follow up on leads generated from various sources to ensure a high conversion rate. Feedback: Gather feedback from merchants to improve our products and services. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and merchant interactions in the CRM system. Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of telesales or customer service experience, preferably in the advertising or digital marketing industry. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in other languages is a plus. Sales Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting sales targets. Customer Focused: Ability to understand merchant needs and provide exceptional customer service. Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and other sales tools. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals. Self-Motivated: Highly motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and grow within the company.
