The Digital Marketing Director will primarily plan, manage and execute digital marketing campaigns of key strategic brand partners. The candidate will work closely with the eCommerce commercial team and brand teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns while hitting traffic/ performance KPIs on platforms like Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, etc. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in marketplace/ onsite ad, social media marketing and CPAS, as well as able to communicate effectively within a multicultural team. Key Responsibilities Account Management Act as the point of contact for any digital marketing requirement needed by assigned brands Design, manage and implement digital campaign plans of assigned brands Track and evaluate the performance of digital marketing campaign Manage brands' allocated digital marketing budget for eCommerce Maintain ROI while hitting commercial & traffic targets Work closely with the commercial teams to create and execute eCommerce marketplace campaigns Channel Management Responsible for scheduling, uploading, boosting, and monitoring ads on Marketplace, Facebook, Instagram, Google Analyze campaign reports and optimize performance Work closely with the marketplace teams eg Lazada, Shopee to stay abreast on new onsite tools & other marketing solutions Team Management As the subject matter expert in the team Build a team over time as we expand the client list & capabilities in the team Develop & grow the digital marketing team Shape the strategic direction for the digital marketing team Content Planning Build and maintain a content calendar of assigned brands Work with the creative team in creating best-in-class content Requirements Have a Bachelor&aposs Degree in related fields and equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectations A people manager who grow together with the team Have at least five (5) years proven experience in digital marketing, platform/ marketplace experience & knowledge Strong knowledge of various aspects of digital marketing including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, marketing automation and digital marketing analytics tools Strong analytical skills to be able to interpret, report and plan based on metrics Hands-on experience in content planning and development Well-versed in the use of social media as a marketing tool Understand website metrics and best practices Excellent copywriting skills Ability to work under pressure and effectively handle multiple, concurrent demands and prioritize responsibilities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal with proven ability to represent LUXASIA in external meetings Digital native by heart and have a strong passion in eCommerce, online marketing and creation of digital content Show more Show less
