Proven experience as a Content Creator, Videographer, Social Media Manager, or similar role with a portfolio to showcase your work.
Proficiency in shooting and editing video using smartphone or cameras.
Strong skills in video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
Familiarity with major social media platforms and their best practices (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook).
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A creative and innovative mindset with a passion for storytelling.

Responsibilities

Content Creation & Production
Video Production: Film, edit, and produce high-quality, engaging video content.
Copywriting & Scripting: Write compelling copy, script, social media posts and other marketing materials.
Photography: Capture high-resolution photos for use on social media and marketing collateral.
Graphic Design: Utilize basic design skills and tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) to create static graphics and thumbnails to complement video and written content.
Content Strategy & Planning
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop content ideas that align with the marketing calendar, campaign goals, and brand voice.
Stay on top of current trends in social media, design tools, and digital content to ensure our content is fresh and relevant.
Participate in content planning meetings and contribute creative ideas.
Marketing Execution & Support
Social Media Management: Schedule and publish content across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
Community Engagement: Help monitor and engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
Performance Tracking: Assist in tracking content performance metrics (views, engagement, reach) and provide basic reports to help inform future content strategies.
