We're looking for a Sales Manager who shares this purpose - someone who sees beyond just sales targets and understands the long-term value of building a brand that supports families. This role is both strategic and hands-on. You will lead our presence in modern trade, key accounts, and distribution, but also act as a brand advocate - educating the trade, supporting frontline teams, and ensuring MAM is represented with care and consistency. We're looking for someone who brings a strong sense of accountability, takes initiative to move things forward, and takes pride in building something that supports both the business and the people we serve - especially parents and caregivers. Key Responsibility 1. Channel & Business Development Expand distribution footprint by identifying and converting new business opportunities across modern trade and distributor networks. Drive sell-in and sell-out growth through data-driven strategies and on-ground support. Develop account plans with clear goals and actions aligned to overall company objectives. 2. Key Account & Modern Trade Management Manage relationships and negotiations with key retail chains, including listings, pricing, and performance reviews. Ensure joint business plans are well-executed with strong ROI tracking. 3. Distributor Management Partner closely with distributors to improve coverage, sales performance, and market discipline. Conduct regular territory visits, field coaching, and stock planning to support market needs. 4. Product Training & Trade Education Lead product and brand training for distributor teams, store personnel, and merchandisers to ensure alignment on brand messaging. Strengthen trade confidence through well-structured education and support. 5. Trade Marketing & In-Store Execution Collaborate with marketing to execute trade campaigns, promotions, and POS activities that drive off-take and brand presence. Monitor planogram compliance, visibility, and activation results in key accounts and independent stores. 6. Reporting & Market Feedback Provide accurate sales forecasts, market feedback, and activity tracking. Monitor competitor activities and channel trends to stay agile and ahead. Job Requirement Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 5-8 years' experience in sales, business development, or key account management - ideally in consumer goods categories. Proven success in managing modern trade, key accounts, and distributor networks, with a strong understanding of both strategic planning and in-market execution. Experience working directly with buyers and distributors, leading trade negotiations, and implementing on-ground activations. Show more Show less
