Job Responsibility Diagnoses, repairs and service multifunction printers/copiers/plotters. Installing and configuring desktop pc/laptop (hardware/software). Monitoring and maintaining printer systems and networks. Providing technical support across the company and customers (this may be on-site or over the phone via remote control). Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary. Troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Testing new products and applications. Perform any other tasks that may be assigned by supervisor from time to time. Job Requirements Candidate MUST possess at least STPM/Diploma in any Technical Studies such as Electrical, Electronics and Information Technology or with experience in related field are upmost welcome. Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) graduates are welcome. Literacy of computer operating systems, hardware & software. Training will provided.
