- Plan and execute marketing strategies to position the resort as a leading family and eco-tourism destination.
- Strengthen brand identity with a focus on family-friendly experiences and nature-based travel.
- Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, tourism trends, and competitor offerings.
- Manage digital channels: website, email marketing, and paid ads.
- Develop and schedule engaging content for social media platforms.
- Track campaign KPIs and adjust strategies to boost engagement and bookings.
- Design seasonal promotions, family stay packages, and school holiday deals.
- Coordinate festive and event-based marketing campaigns.
- Support in-house F&B and event marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with local and international travel partners, especially tour agencies in China.
- Build strong relationships with influencers, media, bloggers, and community partners.
- Organize and support family-friendly events and eco-tourism programs.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively.
- Measure and report on marketing ROI, campaign performance, and customer acquisition trends.
- Work with Sales, Guest Services, Events, and F&B teams to ensure consistent and aligned messaging.
- Oversee external creatives such as photographers, designers, and content creators as needed.
- Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or relevant field.
- 35 years of experience in marketing, preferably in hospitality, resorts, or tourism.
- Strong command of Mandarin (read and write) due to international collaboration needs.
- Excellent communication and marketing skills.
- Creative, driven, and enthusiastic about travel, family leisure, and eco-tourism.
- Working hours : Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm
