- Prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports
- Oversee the performance of teachers
- Monitor Sales and Monitoring Business Development related matters.
- Follow CEO to attend various meetings, seminar, events and trainings.
- Support CEO directly as the go-to-person for all needs, including daily administration, calendar management, travel schedules, project coordination, delivering presentations, answering calls, etc.
- Assist in researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; and initiating telecommunications.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, prepares meeting rooms for appointments, coordinates schedules, meeting minutes taking, and greet customers and clients prior to meetings.
- Oversee all aspects of event planning and management, including internal and external events, with experience planning exhibitions and large business-to-business events.

- Delegating event planning tasks to other staff members where necessary.
- Managing and overseeing events on the day of, including problem-solving, welcoming guests, directing event set-up, communicating with staff, and organizing vendors.
- Communicating with marketing team to create effective advertisements for each event, and when necessary crafting marketing materials such as print and Internet advertisements for individual events.
- PA diploma or certification is a plus
- Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Good communication skill and experience in Sales is needed.
- Compulsory EXCELLENCE conversed and writing in English & Mandarin.
