TECHNICIAN 2, MANUFACTURING EQUIPMENT

• Perform all Maintenance troubleshooting related to Photo Area
• Willing to work in Normal hour & Shift if require . As current need was work in shift.
• Work with minimum supervision.
• Willing to support shift technician to ensure all the PM task complete within their shift
• Prepare all the PM part in advance including recycle part cleaning/ standby .
• Proactive involve in major down with Normal hour .
• Time management as work in shift we need to enroll with shift pass down on time , complete task on time and etc
• Perform and sustain 5S in area.
• Part shipment, receiving and pack.

• Performs daily cleaning operations in the office areas, kitchens, production floors, common areas, restrooms, outside of the facility, and other property areas as assigned by the Facilities Supervisor.
• Entire Facility to be maintained at a high level of cleanliness.
• Spot checks and cleaning activities in areas of high importance.
• Utilizes equipment to perform housekeeping operations, including wet and dry mops, brooms, floor scrubbers, vacuum cleaners, cleaning supplies, towels, steel wool, carts, and trash cans.
• Ensures restrooms, kitchens, and breakroom areas are cleaned, sanitized, and stocked.
• Removes trash and places it in the designated area.
• Maintains window cleanliness.
• Upholds furniture by dusting and ensure builders hardware is satisfactory.
• Relocates light furniture to assigned areas as directed.
• Replaces light bulbs in overhead fixtures when directed.
• Sweeps any dry dust, raw materials, and general dust.
• Reports all spills and leaks, equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, accidents, near-miss incidents/accidents, and material shortages immediately to the Facilities Manager.
• Monitors industrial janitorial and other supply levels (such as towels, tissues, etc.) and advises Purchasing when levels are low.
• As this position requires the employee to regularly work near moving mechanical parts, the employee must always be attentive to surrounding work conditions and perform responsibilities in a safe manner. In addition, as certain aspects of the duties may include exposure to dust, fumes or airborne particles typical in a manufacturing environment, employee must properly wear all PPE as required in designated areas.
• Physical working area is 24/7 operations with high pressure and high temperature equipment running which may be noisy and could be warm working temperatures.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of this position.
• Maintain cleaning inventory, assisting with placing orders for new products when needed.

• Holds Diploma in Electrical Electronic / Mechatronics / Mechanical Engineering or any relevant engineering field.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in relevant process as above.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Able to work with cross function team.
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skill
