THE ARNOTT'S GROUP ASIA BUSINESS IN MALAYSIA Campbell Malaysia is the Regional Hub for The Arnott's Group Asia Business Unit. Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the organization leads the strategy & direction to ensure that The Arnott's Group has a geographical footprint across Total Asia. Campbell Malaysia also supports the region by supplying locally manufactured and marketed brands such as Campbell's soup, Prego pasta sauces as well as Kimball & Cheong Chan sauces. Asia's extended range of consumer food brands also include TST, Swanson, GoodTime & Nyam Nyam. They join The Arnott's Group's portfolio of brands like Aussie legends Tim Tam & Shapes as well as New Zealand's favorite Farm Bake Cookies to drive presence in Asia. Position based in Bangsar South, KL. Job Responsibilities: The Compensation and Benefits Lead drives and oversee the (regional) C&B philosophy setting & implementing across Asia, taking change in driving consistency of compensation and benefits policies across the organization, managing & addressing people cost, internal equity and external competitiveness; and responsible oversee HR processes and procedures. Designs and govern compensation and benefits policies across Asia; and as needed review processes and policies, with proposals changes for improvement. Designs and govern the compensation structures in the organization (grading system, job evaluation system, job description policy, promotion policy, etc) aligned with the corporate culture and the corporate values. Govern the job level and grading for new and/or change role(s). Accountable to govern, drive and coordinate annual compensation processes. Accountable on all incentive scheme & target development, plus review quarterly payouts. Provide C&B view for exception &/or special abnormal compensation adjustment for key talents. Participate market and trend analysis through salary survey input and market research on an annual and ad hoc basis. Partner the business in acceleration of Enterprise-future-forward C&B strategy & capabilities - diagnose, define, set direction & establish enterprise focus. Key Requirements For Successful Applicant: Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline from a recognized university Minimum 10 years relevant experience, preferably in a MNC manufacturing environment Minimum of 3 years in a regional role Strong Payroll knowledge and experience of using HR systems Knowledge of C&B principles and statistical analysis Knowledge of Employment Act & Government statutory requirements Strong analytical mind and number oriented Excellent communication and good interpersonal skills High integrity and self-driven with high level of commitment Show more Show less
