To work with the development and QA teams, to provide effective solutions and improvements experience of the applications. To understand and participate in the software development lifecycle working closely with the development team. To document SOP, processes, troubleshooting steps and guidelines and resolutions for future reference. To communicate with end-users, stakeholders, etc. in a timely, clear and professional manner, keeping them informed about the status and progress of an issue incident and its resolution. To provide user training and assistance to enhance overall understanding, usage, and experience of applications. To provide support in 24/7 model with the team. Monitor application performance and proactively identify potential issues. To perform regular maintenance tasks, updates, and patches to ensure the stability and security of applications. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies and framework relevant to application support. Our Requirements 3+ years Application Production Support. 3+ years' experience in AWS cloud technologies. Proven experience in application support or a related technical support role. Experience in Software Development. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with programming languages, databases, and web technologies like NodeJS, ReactJS, Serverless, REST, SQL, etc. Knowledge of ITIL or other support frameworks is a plus. AWS Certification or knowledge in AWS is preferred. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Willingness to adapt and learn new technologies as needed.
