⁠⁠Skilled in graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop OR Illustrator is a must)
Knowing Mandarin language is a plus (content mostly Mandarin based)
Experience in poster design and social media post
⁠⁠Proficient in video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Jianying or equivalent)
Knowledge of real estate/ finance marketing principles and buyer psychology
Experience creating ad creatives and organic content for Meta and TikTok
Strong attention to detail, layout, and branding consistency
Ability to meet deadlines and produce content at scale when needed
Previous experience in finance or real estate marketing is a plus
Familiar with Facebook Ads creative formats and TikTok performance styles

⁠⁠Content editing
Design scroll-stopping visuals for Meta & TikTok ads, reels, stories, and posts
Create short-form videos optimized for mobile-first platforms (TikTok/Meta)
⁠⁠Featuring property showcases, project highlights, before-after, testimonials, etc.
Ensure all creatives follow brand identity and appeal to property buyers/investors
⁠⁠Lead Generation Strategy Support
