Awantec is seeking for a seasoned ERP professional.You&aposll play a pivotal role in driving growth by overseeing the entire ERP implementation process, from pre-sales to post-go-live support. Key Responsibilities: ERP Implementation Lifecycle: Oversee the entire ERP implementation process, from pre-sales to delivery, across various modules (finance, manufacturing, distribution, etc.) and product suites. Consulting Services: Provide expert consulting services, including project leadership, software design, implementation, testing, training, and deployment, adhering to Sage&aposs methodology. Client Success: Ensure optimal client setup and training, maximizing consulting revenue and achieving high customer satisfaction. Project Management: Manage project life cycle activities, including problem identification, cost monitoring, and schedule adherence. Sales & Business Development: Participate in sales presentations and identify further product and service opportunities. Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of consultants, fostering a collaborative and data-driven team culture. Independent Project Execution: Independently handle client projects from start to finish, while also collaborating within team environments. Revenue & Utilization: Achieve defined utilization and revenue goals. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the improvement of products and services. Qualification: Bachelor&aposs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,or a relevant field. 7+ years of experience in a presales, business solution or similar role within the ERP domain. Essential Skills: Team Management: Proven experience leading pre-sales or delivery teams. ERP Implementation: Hands-on experience with ERP implementations across various industries, including integrations and report generation. Project Management: Ability to follow detailed work plans and manage project activities within scope. User Support: Experience providing support to end-users of the ERP system. Data Handling: Proficiency in Excel, including advanced skills like creating data transformation workbooks and macros. Desirable Skills: Academic Background: Relevant Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance. Reporting & Analysis: Strong report writing and MS Excel skills. Technical Skills: Experience with Sage Intelligence Reporting and SQL. Busines s Acumen: Good understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, and business processes.
