ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

• At least 2 years of working experience in accounting
• Experience handling full set accounting. Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations & procedures. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is added advantage.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software. SQL knowledge is preferred.

• Effective communication, Good Personality, Teamwork skills & Ability to multitask.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good command of English & Malay, both written and verbal.

• Responsible to prepare and maintain full set of accounts.
• Need to coordinate, manage and prepare all Account Payable, Account Receivable & General Ledger documents.
• Closing management account for audit
• Liaise with auditors and bankers when necessary.
• Prepare payment vouchers, journal vouchers, payment receipts, bank reconciliations, staff claims, fixed asset analysis & other relevant documents.
