- Review and write reports on difficult instances, then present them as necessary.
- Prepare a presentation deck for meetings about service performance.
- Hold regular meetings to examine the performance of the service.
- Participate in troubleshooting sessions for escalated situations to improve communication and reporting.
- Create and carry out a preventative maintenance exercise for essential clients. With the help of the engineers, create the presentation deck and the preventive maintenance reports.
- Create relationships between clients and principals, and give solutions.
- A candidate with a technical diploma or university degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of expertise in IT networking and cyber security.
- Effective writing and vocal communication abilities.
- Ability to handle pressure and operate under tight deadlines; practical time management skills.
- A team member with superior analytical abilities and a positive approach at work.
- Excellent writing abilities for technical documents.
- A solid grasp of technical issues and the ability to recognize dangers.
- Proven project management or customer service abilities.
