For more information, visit In one sentence The Product Owner will be part of the Engineering organisation and will work within the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) SDLC framework. The successful candidate will work closely with the Product Managers, Program Directors, Architects and Focus teams to ensure features, epics, stories, and tasks move through the process without ambiguity. They should have solid working experience and be able to clearly articulate relevant examples of past work experiences and references. The role is ideal for someone who is excited about working in a fast-paced environment that is both dynamic and flexible What will your job look like Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with the product managers to understand the product roadmap features and align on priorities. Contribute to feature-level refinement to ensure quality requests are fed into delivery team. Act as voice of the customer and Product Manager to delivery team. Work Directly with Architects and Team leads to review Feature requests and their High-Level Designs with a view to driving Epics and user stories onto the product backlog. Lead delivery team refinement sessions. Maintain team backlogs - stories with acceptance criteria confirmed ready for development and prioritised. Work directly with focus teams during sprints and releases taking stories to acceptance and participating in demos and review meetings. Provide use case review and input to testers in the development teams. Oversee and manage the flow of epics for the teams they are working with and report on progress in weekly program reviews. Identify opportunities for process improvements across the delivery lifecycle, and drive changes where appropriate. All you need is... Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, computer science or related discipline. Minimum of 2 Years Experience working as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or technical Business Analyst in a product company. Excellent verbal and written communication skills - must be a good 'translator,' with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms, and equally represent business needs to technical stakeholders. Domain knowledge in Telecoms Charging or OSS/BSS/billing/mediation and data processing is favourable. Experience with requirements handling of standards e.g. 3GPP and TM Forum desired. Experience in software development/engineering is favourable. Experience in agile methodologies is expected, with Scaled Agile Framework an advantage. Be business oriented and able to represent the customer needs. Experienced in functionality/specs definition, architecture, and design. Interaction with commercial customers and expectation management of same. Ability to facilitate and manage scope changes and negotiate prioritisation. Demonstrates resilience, ambition and confident in ability to work independently. Experience working with remote and highly distributed teams.
