What You'll Be Doing: Lead the development and execution of the Group's annual audit plan Drive operational excellence across audit support functions Manage peer audit reviews and ensure top-tier quality standards Develop and mentor a high-performing internal audit team Collaborate across departments to deliver strategic outcomes ???? What We're Looking For: ???? Degree in Accountancy, Business, or professional qualifications (e.g., ICAEW, ACCA, CIMA) ???? Manager: 4-6 years' experience (2+ years in a managerial role) ???? Assistant Manager: 3-4 years' experience (1+ year in a managerial role) ???? Experience in auditing financial institutions is a plus ???? Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills ????
