Conduct meetings , workshops and training for users and targeted groups. Setting up, testing and monitoring automated workflows to ensure that business processes function at optimum efficiency. Serve as a subject matter expert for Power Platform specifically Power Apps and Power Automate Flows. Drive user adoption plans and sustainability for Power Platform tools. Participates in planning and execution of tasks related to the evaluation of new O365/SharePoint based business requirements Ensure relevant operational processes and procedures are documented and maintained for the technologies Incident and Problem analysis and resolution in accordance to set SLA Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the technology area. Customer focus in all areas at all times Skills & Competencies Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent 3 or more years of experience in Power Apps and Power Automate flow development and support. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge in PowerShell scripting, TypeScript, PCF, plugins, Logic Apps. Expert knowledge of PowerApps, Flow/Power Automate Good understanding of governance and compliance Experience in Azure DevOps, ALM is a plus. Demonstrates competency/success in the ability to translate customer/business requirements into business solutions and create long term partnerships with customers Experience working in projects involving multiple stakeholders Strong human relation skills.
