Location: Petaling JayaRESPONSIBILITIES:Manage, coordinate, and supervise the overall works of construction progress;Lead a team of site personnel and workers in the planning and execution of day to day operations;Monitor overall reporting of work progress to the Management;Provide support by responding to issues / problems arising;Coordinate and liaise with all consultants, sub-contractors, clients, and other relevant stakeholders;Monitor and regulate the quality of performance of sub-contractors;Plan and review the project schedule and budget when necessary;Implement policies, procedures, and instructions required by the Management;Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.REQUIREMENTS:Minimum Diploma in Civil/ Architecture/Construction or equivalent.At least 3-5 year(s) of relevant working experience;Strong problem solving skills;Physically fit and agile;Able to work independently with minimum supervision;Positive attitude, able to multi-task and work in a fast-pace environment;Demonstrate good team work skills and maintain a strong team spirit with all relevant parties;Good in English & Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
