- Managing APAC market with responsibility to develop international marketing strategies to grow brand's commercial success and market share.
- Responsible over B2B2C marketing strategies with key clients / retailers to enhance brand visibility and ultimately consumer affinity.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management with internal counterparts to develop the category range.
- Stronghold in managing A&P budgets, international marketing communications, market intelligence, reports while working in close synergy with Sales team on driving brand activities and localisation.
- Sensitive to market trends and data to decipher actional strategies of brand growth according to the brand's identity, guideline and values.
- Explore and integrate media activations and PR coverage while adapting to local nuances.
- Drive brand's visibility and participation in trade shows. Travel to designated country within APAC as required.
- At least 6 years of experience
- Stronghold in marketing fundamentals in either B2C or B2B2C marketing
- Dynamic and collaborative team player spirit
- Capable to roll up sleeves and be hands on
- Resilient to challenges, strategic and analytical thinkers
