Job Scope / Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Manager, Transformation Strategy & Planning to support the Head of Transformation Strategy & Planning in executing key strategic initiatives. This role plays an important part in ensuring alignment between transformation activities and broader business objectives, working closely with leaders across the organisation. The successful candidate will contribute to strategic business planning, perform market and industry analysis, and help foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. The role also includes responsibility for supporting: Budget and resource tracking for the Transformation department, Preparation of strategic reports and dashboards for senior leadership, Coordination of transformation-related activities, including governance, risk, and compliance matters. This is a high-visibility position that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights that support effective decision-making. Main Responsibility Strategic Business Planning Support the development, communication, and execution of the company's strategic initiatives. Collaborate with leaders across functions to ensure alignment with strategic priorities. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation within the department and wider organisation. Conduct market research and stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and competitive developments to identify opportunities for innovation or anticipate potential risks and disruptions. Budget Management Support the planning, consolidation, tracking, and reporting of the Transformation department's budget Assist Transformation head of departments in aligning budget inputs with strategic priorities, and help monitor actual vs. forecast performance, highlight variances, and flag potential risks Work closely with Finance to support financial reporting cycles and ensure adherence to budgetary and governance requirements. Reporting Prepare and consolidate reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for key forums including quarterly business reviews, strategic updates, and management meetings. Leverage data and performance metrics to track progress against strategic goals and provide actionable insights to support leadership decision-making. Ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and relevant to evolving business needs. Transformation Support Provide support to the Head of Transformation Strategy & Planning on matters relating to the Chief Transformation Officer's office, including governance, risk, audit, and compliance requirements. Assist with cross-functional coordination and follow-ups to ensure accountability and progress across key transformation initiatives. Qualification and Experience Requirement Bachelor's Degree ideally in Finance or business-related degree MBA or advanced degree is a plus Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar role within consulting, insurance or financial industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders Show more Show less
