- Regularly refresh knowledge about all F&B outlets operations and products.
- Attend all necessary and related trainings arranged by HR and suggested by Director of Food & Beverage to have sufficient experience in arranging and conducting trainings; maintain this experience on a descent level at all times.
- Aware and drive of all trainings and training programs arranged by HR and ensure F&B staff participation or suggest nominations solely.
- Closely cooperate with HR and other related departments in terms of arranging trainings and their scheduling with regards to F&B operation.
- Initiate various on-job trainings in and for F&B department.
- Conduct or participate in conducting off-job trainings for Food & Beverage team Members alongside with HR Training team.
- Arrange and conduct on-job trainings for all outlets according to training calendars.
- Ensure that on-job training calendars are updated on a monthly basis and trainings are taking place in each outlet according to their scheduling.
- Ensure that proper Learning attendance sheets are filled in and filed for all trainings in F&B Department.
- Ensure that the training calendar and training tracking for all Food & Beverage outlets are submitted to the HR Training department every month.
- Maintain appropriate level of confidentiality.
- Make sure that the highest quality standards of operation in accordance with hotel service procedures.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties and tasks assigned by department head or management.
- To work on Food & Beverage on-job related SOPs, follow up on the signature cycle, tracking, and training.
- Comply with company grooming standards at all times to portray a professional image of self and the hotel.
- Identify training opportunities in outlets with Outlets Manager during operation.
- Comply with time and attendance policies set by the hotel.
- To attend all Food and Beverage Meetings and Daily Operations Meetings as required.
- Familiarize yourself with emergency and evacuation procedures.
- Familiarize yourself with the Hilton Vision, Hilton Mission, Hilton values, Make It Right.
- Familiarize yourself with Stay Experience, achieve Hotel target for Breakfast score, Restaurant score & Pool Score.
- To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name tag at all times.
- To maintain good working relationships with your own colleagues and all other departments.
- To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the hotel’s policy relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.
- To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
- To have a complete understanding of the hotel’s employee handbook and adhere to the regulations contained within.
- To maintain a good rapport and working relationship with staff in the outlet and all other departments.
- To identify training needs and plan training programs for the Intern Trainees.
- To develop departmental trainers and assign training responsibilities..
- To ensure that all Team Members including Part Timers maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
- To assist in the building of all efficient team of employees by taking an active interest in their welfare, safety and development.
- To ensure that all employees provide a courteous and professional service at all times.
- To ensure that all employees have a complete understanding of and adhere to the hotel’s policy relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.
- Proven experience in training and development, specifically within the Food & Beverage industry. In-depth knowledge of hospitality service standards and operational procedures. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Adaptability to diverse learning styles and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Adaptability in maintaining performance level under pressure or when experiencing changes or challenges in the workplace.
