Website Project Manager

• Digital audit and project socialisation;
• Solution design and planning;
• Technical brief production including hire of a digital agency;
• Plan project timelines and budget and ensure they delivered;
• Manage, monitor and motivate the agency assigned to the project;
• Analyse and manage risks;
• Testing & quality assurance;
• Project management and progress reporting to Head of Digital Communications;
• Design and reinforce our internal processes and procedures;
• Act as central coordinator, run project using an Agile methodology when required;
• Support the Digital Communications team to maximise existing website and website applications.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, or a related field;
• At least 5 years of experience in website management, developing and consulting;
• Proven experience launching websites;
• Good knowledge of web technology, UX, design and marketing best practices;
• An understanding of HTML and CSS codes, and experience working with a range of CMS;
• Experience with both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies;
• Experience writing scoping documents including user stories, development, analytics and QA testing requirements;
• Experience recruiting and onboarding valued partners and vendors
