Job Responsibility To perform daily accounting operations of the firm on monthly basis. To ensure proper maintenance of records, documents and filing to support all accounting entries. Prepare full set of accounts for small and medium sized companies. Prepare monthly of payroll summary for small and medium sized companies. Other simple admin works such as arrange lalamove, update contact list, answering phone call, replying emails, organizing office general supplies, etc. To perform any other duties and ad-hoc assignments as and when required by immediate superior or any other persons assigned by the Management. Job Requirements Degree in Accounting or at least a LCCI/CAT/Diploma/Degree/Professional Certificate of Accounting or equivalent certified, or its equivalent Applicant must willing to work independently and co-operatively, self-motivated, proactive, and able to meet tight deadlines Able to write and speak clearly in English and Bahasa Malaysia Possess valid driving license and willing to travel for work Must able to work at Kota Kemuning.
