Excellent command of English (verbal, written, and comprehension).
Experience in customer service, B2B/B2C sales, or call center support is an advantage.
Comfortable working with sales targets/KPIs.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Tech-savvy or interested in web/online tools (domains, hosting, e-commerce).
Open to local Malaysians, willing to work on 24/7 rotational shifts.

Tanggungjawab

Handle incoming customer calls with professionalism and care.
Assist customers with basic website, domain, and hosting-related inquiries.
Troubleshoot issues to achieve one-call resolution.
Recommend suitable digital solutions through a consultative sales approach.
Meet performance goals including FCR, conversion, NPS, and sales targets.
Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
