- Organise and lead regular meetings with clients to plan campaign requirements and gather briefs
- Implement and manage content updates across multiple DCO campaigns based on the client brief and assets supplied
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail to ensure all produced digital ads meet the brief requirements and quality expectations (visual, grammar, spelling)
- Efficiently coordinate with the client to clarify and resolve brief inconsistencies or issues
- Ensure any issues are thoroughly investigated with mitigation steps put in place
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of current processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Experience in marketing campaign account or project management
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Conscientious, with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality output
- Organised and calm under pressure
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt based on feedback
- Highly motivated and quick to learn new processes and tools
- Understanding of dynamic creative optimisation (DCO) and digital campaign project management
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS')
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD or Photoshop
