- Sales Achievement: Accountable for meeting or surpassing sales and earnings targets, aligned with the company's objectives. Execute the sales and marketing plan effectively.
- Business Development: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to prepare quotations, proposals, and win tenders/contracts. Focus on building new business opportunities.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders, including distributors and healthcare professionals.
- Product Education: Promote and educate stakeholders about the company's products and services.
- Account Coverage: Expand account coverage to enhance the company's positioning.
- Network Building: Cultivate a strong network base with customers to drive consistent sales growth.
- Existing Account Management: Maintain and service existing accounts to reinforce the company's current position.
- Product Complaints and Pharmacovigilance: Handle product complaints and adverse drug reactions. Compile information and submit reports following SOPs.
- CRM Tools and Analysis: Adapt to company CRM tools for territory analysis, tracking, and monitoring.
- Professional Development: Attend industry events, training sessions, company meetings, briefings, and educational workshops.
- Surgical Support: Ethically assist in surgeries according to company and hospital SOPs when required.
- Sales and Marketing Execution: Plan and execute sales and marketing activities to drive business development.
- Sales Prospecting: Continuously create sales opportunities and manage prospects.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Marketing, Business Admin).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in medical sales, preferably within medical device and surgical domain.
- Healthcare industry background or scientific background would be a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to adapt to changing market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Required for travel frequently to client sites.
