Service Delivery Manager role in a Health and Wellness Company Your new company The company was founded in the 90s and has operations in over 80+ countries. They are a global health and wellness company that specialises in science-based nutrition products. Your new role This role involves leading a team of engineers in Contact Centre Operations, focusing on both technical leadership and team management. Key responsibilities include: Estimating work and tracking delivery commitments. Managing the lifecycle and total cost of ownership (TCO) of technologies. Maintaining up-to-date architectural documentation. Developing talent and fostering a high-performance culture. Supervising deliverables and resolving issues. Leading change management and integration efforts. Hands-on troubleshooting of global contact centre outages. Designing and implementing contact centre solutions. Participating in a 24/7 on-call rotation. Documenting and streamlining IT support procedures. What you&aposll need to succeed Minimum of 5 years of experience in Contact Centre Operations You should be proficient in contact centre technology (Genesys platform, VoIP, SIP, Cisco etc). You should have prior leadership experience.
