Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Job Requirements Conduct quality checking throughout out the process flow from Receiving (incoming raw material) to Distribution (outgoing finished goods). Pay attention to detail and ensure adherence to Halal & food safety standard. Oversee, record and compile all relevant QC activities on a scheduled basis according to JAKIM & BKKM requirements. Assist in Halal and food safety standard documentation. Perform inspections and lab analysis on imported & in-house goods to verify their compliance with specifications, quality standards and regulatory requirements. Ensure all personnel comply with the Production SOP especially safety & cleanliness. Ensure all machineries & equipment are accurate and calibrated accordingly. Supervise pest control activities conducted by appointed external contractor. Monitor and eliminate of any possible risk and quality-deviation. Respond to any feedback / complaints from customers related to QC.
