- Supporting the analysis and definition of requirements relating to DCC/MCP/FX solutions received from customers and partners during pre-sales, project and operational phases.
- Liaising with and driving internal teams and external stakeholders to fulfil the delivery and support of DCC/MCP/FX payment solutions.
- Be, and act as the driver of the product development roadmap liaising with all internal teams and external stakeholders as appropriate.
- Liaise with commercial and marketing teams to develop appropriate pre-sales and support materials relating to DCC/MCP/FX payment solutions.
- Be, and act as the subject matter expert in all matters relating to the development, delivery and support of DCC/MCP/FX payment solutions.
