Job Overview: As the Web Developer and owner of the company's Insider Portal and Documentation site, your role is pivotal in creating and maintaining a user-friendly, efficient, and secure platform for stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and relevant stakeholders, to ensure the portal and documentation site meet the organization's needs for information sharing and collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Insider Portal Development Lead the design and development of the company's Insider Portal, catering to the specific needs of internal users. Work closely with UX/UI designers to create an intuitive and visually appealing interface for accessing internal resources and information. Documentation Management Oversee the organization, structure, and accessibility of internal documentation, ensuring it is up-to-date and easily navigable. Collaboration and Communication Engage with various departments to understand their specific requirements for the Insider Portal and documentation. Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals. Security and Access Control Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive internal information. Establish and maintain access controls to ensure that only authorized personnel can access specific documentation and features. User Training and Support Develop user training materials and conduct sessions to ensure stakeholders are proficient in utilizing the Insider Portal and accessing documentation. Provide ongoing support and address user inquiries or issues. Performance Optimization Monitor and optimize the performance of the portal to ensure fast and efficient access to information. Implement improvements based on user feedback and analytics. Integration with Backend Systems Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with relevant backend systems, ensuring seamless data flow and real-time updates. Documentation Compliance Ensure that documentation adheres to industry compliance standards and internal policies. Conduct periodic audits to validate compliance and update documentation as necessary. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Front-End Developer, preferably in a role involving portal development and website management. Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant front-end frameworks. Experience in Dataverse/D365 CE is a plus. Experience in .NET is a plus. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and documentation tools. Understanding of security principles and best practices for protecting sensitive information. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering a positive user experience. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
