Represent the business as the Subject Matter Expert to conduct product, application and clinical evidence training for customers at the hospital/state/country level. It includes product demonstrations, facility tours (if applicable), hospital in-service programs, and speaker programs in non peer-to-peer settings. 2. Collaborate with Country marketing team & Area portfolio team to develop training contents and in-service programs for customers, leveraging global approved materials tailored to area/country needs. 3. Build network of product champions/influencers and work collaboratively with Marketing and Medical Affairs to cultivate and strengthen local country KOL pool. 4. Actively participate in industry events, conferences, professional associations to stay abreast of trends and developments in the IP&SS related fields. Translate these knowledge and insights into actionable clinical strategies and plans. 5. Provide input on country clinical practices, customer needs and concerns to R&D for new product ideas or enhancements. 6. Provides clinical advisory & support to end-customers and sales reps on the products under the respective specialty. 7. Participate in regular joint calls with sales/marketing team for clinical evidence discussion with HCPs (Nurses/Anaes/Surgeon). 8. Contributes to the advancement of opportunities to defend existing business or win new business. 9. Provides trainings for new products to customers and sales reps Demonstrates general knowledge of different clinical trial designs and is confident in presenting the most relevant clinical study publications and health economic tools for each assigned platform.
