Job Description: Independently manage one or more portfolios within the team's responsibility for Platform Growth, Revenue Management, or Cost Planning. Conduct analyses or simulations to provide financial insights that aid in business decision-making and align capital and resource allocation within the business budget. Own, lead, and drive platform-wide initiatives in collaboration with different business units, taking responsibility for end-to-end performance. Design, implement, and maintain clear reporting on various pockets across the company's Profit & Loss (P&L). Prepare budgets and forecasts for different programs or P&L components. Develop new data analytic frameworks/tools that contribute to achieving business goals. Requirements: Currently in final year final semester or a recent graduate of a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a numerical or analytical field, and available from February 2024 onwards. Individuals with a strong drive for growth and a willingness to constantly take on new challenges, being agile enough to move across projects/portfolios. Independent thinkers with strong problem-solving skills capable of considering the holistic impact on the business and various functional teams. Ability to present complex ideas and solutions in a structured manner using simple language. Proficiency in Excel and Spreadsheets is a must. Proficiency in SQL (Structured Query Language) is highly preferred otherwise, experience with other programming languages.
