Job Responsibility Install, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, and other hardware components. Ensure compatibility and optimal performance of hardware systems. Collaborate with vendors to procure and integrate new hardware technologies. Conduct regular preventive maintenance on hardware systems. Perform hardware upgrades to enhance system performance and capacity. Identify and resolve hardware-related issues in a timely manner. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware failures and malfunctions. Maintain accurate documentation of hardware configurations and changes. Create and update standard operating procedures for hardware maintenance. Record and track hardware inventory and usage. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Strong knowledge of hardware components, servers, and workstations. Familiarity with hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting tools. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
