Job Location: Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur (Reachable via LRT - Kerinchi Station) Job Summary: We are currently seeking passionate, innovative, and self-driven young professionals or fresh graduates to learn and grow with us! Job Responsibilities: Conduct regular compliance checks to evaluate the organization&aposs adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies (including internal control and organization's SOP). Review and evaluate business processes, internal controls and SOP to identify compliance gaps or potential risks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures to address compliance issues and mitigate risks. Stay up-to-date with internal policies changes and industry best practices to ensure the organization remains compliant. Monitor and track compliance-related activities, including audits, investigations, and corrective actions, and ensure timely resolution of identified issues. Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to compliance activities and findings. Assist in the development and maintenance of compliance monitoring tools and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications: Possesses a Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources with minimum CGPA of 3.50 . Fresh graduates with prior Internship experience will be an added advantage. Strong communication skill and ability to work with teams with diverse culture is needed.
