Purpose of the Role: The job incumbent provides first level expert services for employees, managers, and HR Shared Services community for Hire to Retire, Benefits Administration, Payroll & Time & Attendance processes. In accordance with business needs, this role would be responsible for ensuring and improving the functional quality of eZHR and SAP HCM with a focus on data quality, completeness, and accuracy. This role is expected to work closely with the ZP HR teams and internal IT to ensure data quality, compliance, and operating procedures. What You'll Do : Responsible for support day to day SAP Success Factor and HCM requests for master data creation and updated and reconcile errors to maintain accurate and complete HR Systems, all in a timely and accurate manner. Acts as subject matter expert for HR Shared Services related to data and processes. Ensure data quality, compliance, and consistency of master data across business systems in line with relevant legislation, Data Privacy, Protection guidelines and other relevant guidelines across identified geographies. Performs country specific Data consistency check. Resolves HRSS related queries and issues within the standard established time frames. Attend to tickets and ensure timely update of statuses in tickets and responses to requestors. Preparation of reports, letters, and forms. Escalates requests and issues that cannot be resolved directly to the appropriate escalation point of contact. Should be able to write functional specifications. Highlights exceptions and deviations. Create/update standard operating procedures, process flows and related documentation eg FAQ Execute and monitor the processes and technology within the defined SLA to cleanse, standardize and/or enrich data. Close collaboration with market HR to manage operation inquiries, escalations, and stakeholder management. Extracts regular and ad hoc reports needed for HRSS upon request and get support from reporting team when needed. Submit enhancements and change requests to report and coordinates with RIT for SAP HR related. Provides regular training to new and established stakeholders on the use of the HRSS processes and support tools. Ensures all HRSS performance metrics and KPIs are met. Contributes to and supports projects in scope for HRSS. Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager. What will make you successful: Must-Have: Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Human Resource/ Business or any relevant field Minimum 1 - 2 years experience in HR Services/Operations either in Master data or Payroll-Time. Advantage to Have: Familiar with SAP SuccessFactors /SAP HCM system knowledge is advantage.
