As we grow, we're seeking a CRM Data Analyst who can help us understand our customers better, personalize engagement, and maximize customer lifetime value. Position Overview You will be the data powerhouse behind our customer engagement strategies. By analyzing CRM data, you'll uncover patterns, preferences, and opportunities that help us delight our customers and grow our brand presence in the competitive F&B landscape. Key Responsibilities Analyze customer behavior and transaction data to identify trends, segmentation, and engagement opportunities. Develop and maintain CRM dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track campaign effectiveness. Work closely with Marketing and Product teams to optimize customer journeys. Conduct A/B testing and measure impact on retention, conversion, and upsell. Ensure CRM data integrity, cleanliness, and accuracy. Recommend targeted campaigns based on data insights to improve customer loyalty. Requirements 5-6 years (Min) of experience as a CRM Data Analyst or similar role. Experience in F&B, retail, or mobile food delivery/app industries is a must. Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar). Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.), with SQL skills considered an added advantage. Solid understanding of customer segmentation, RFM analysis, and retention strategies. Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
