- Develop and maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with clients’ HR teams, senior managers, and other key stakeholders.
- Ensure successful and timely delivery of products/services to customers according to their specifications.
- Conduct regular business review meetings and product knowledge training to ensure operation excellence and customer experience.
- Work with financial advisor representatives on prospects insurance restructuring.
- Assist in servicing related matters for existing and new Employee Benefits(EB) clients.
- Identify and analyse selected market segments for various group products.
- Meeting employee targets in a timely manner.
- Ensure BNM regulations and compliance requirements are met.
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum 3 years of working experience within the Malaysian insurance industry doing business development, brokering, managing sales and client interaction
- Have interest in using technology to build unique propositions for the Malaysian market, and improve insurance process efficiencies
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision
