PRINCIPLE DUTIES Responsible to prepare, plan, execute and monitor operation and project activities. Prepare details activities planning and scheduling for assigned project and work progress monitoring. Responsible to control cost in comparison to budgetary in terms of manpower, tools & equipment, materials and other resources / facilities utilization. Develop, promote, educate and inculcate good work ethic and motivate team to achieve project deliverables as well as organization&aposs objective & targets Prepare reports (COR) and other related documents required by Client's Project management Team Ensure the company&aposs Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies are strictly adhered and complied Full compliance to all procedures and processes as relevant to Quality Management System (QMS) and (ISO) Verify inspection or test activity carried out by QC Team or inspector (MVR, FUR and VIR). Interface with Client on any issues or improvement related to work inspection (NDT inspection) Ensure final acceptance of project by Client in accordance with contractual requirement. Ensure all documents required for invoicing & billing are well monitored & maintained upon submission to Billing Dept. KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE JOB Good knowledge in ASME, API, AWS, SSPC, PTS & NORSOK Standard & Codes Preferably in upstream construction (piping & structure fabrication & maintenance) project with at least 6-7 years experience.
