Key Responsibilities: Market Understanding : Conduct in-depth market research to gain insights into customer needs, competitor landscape, and industry dynamics. Strategic Marketing Execution : Develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with business goals, while supporting the sales team in achieving sales targets and initiatives. Therapy Area Expertise & KEE Engagement : Demonstrate strong product and therapeutic area knowledge to build advocacy with Key External Experts (KEEs) and healthcare professionals. Performance & Budget Analysis : Monitor and analyze business performance metrics and ensure efficient management of the Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budget. Insight-Driven Planning in VUCA Environment : Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to drive growth amid volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) conditions. Business Planning & Reviews : Lead the preparation of strategic business plans, execution roadmaps, and periodic performance reviews. Launch Readiness : Ensure commercial readiness for new product launches or indication expansions, including cross-functional coordination and market preparation. Forecast Accuracy : Responsible for delivering precise and data-driven demand forecasts to support supply planning and business operations. Requirements Educational Background : Holds at least a Bachelor&aposs degree in Science, Marketing, or a related field. A solid academic foundation that combines scientific understanding with commercial acumen is essential for success in this role. Industry Experience : Brings a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in brand management, preferably within the Specialty Care or pharmaceutical sector. Proven ability to drive brand strategy, manage product life cycles, and execute impactful marketing campaigns. Communication Skills : Demonstrates fluency in English, both written and spoken, with exceptional communication and presentation abilities to engage internal stakeholders, healthcare professionals, and key opinion leaders effectively. Agility & Learning Mindset : Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
